English 4, post 1, "A country you would like to visit"

Greetings everyone:

As this is my first post I want to tell You which country I want to visit, my choice is Turkey, I am a huge fan of history, in fact, some of you might see me as history nerd, as such, I love the history of this country, since the romans to the Ottomans this region of the world has been the home of many cultures, empires and civilizations and that is what I find so fascinating and atractive of this country, I also want to know more about their food, the only one I know is the Kebab.

I would mostly go there in a visit as a turist,  I would like to do a tour arround the vast amount of historical places this country has to offer such as the mosque of Hagia Sophia, the Hatay Archaeology Museum and the grand bazaar of Istanmbul where I would buy a souvenir.

Do to the fact that I don´t know to much about the living standars and job opportunities in Turkey I wouldn´t stay there to study or live, besides, I have no interest on leaving Chile forever.
